Satisfaction Guarantee
If during the first six months following installation we are unable to resolve
an installation or service related concern, we will retrieve all installed
parts and you will receive a full refund.
Customer Move Program
Summary
If you move to a new home you may select from
two choices:
Price Freeze or Move Up
- Price Freeze> Buy new at your old price. You may buy a new system
most comparable to the system that you originally purchased from us and
at the original price. Plus, you may add additional equipment at a discount
of 15% off current retail.
- Move Up> Select a new security system from latest technologies
and receive a 15% discount on the purchase of the system package as well
as added security equipment. Plus, you’ll receive any Free Gift
currently offered to new purchasers.
This program may not be available in all areas outside Georgia.

concerning your move. We appreciate your business and look forward
to serving you for many years to come.
Limitations and Exclusions
To qualify for the move program, we ask that you have satisfactory account
history at your current, most recent address and enter into a 24-month
monitoring contract with system purchase.
You must be the homeowner at your new address. If we are unable to serve
your new address, we will release you from any monitoring obligation under
your current monitoring agreement.
You are responsible for any outstanding amounts owed
for equipment purchased. The security system that you purchased
is an asset sold with your home and will allow the new homeowner to be monitored
by us. We hope that you will refer them to us. We will release you from your
outstanding monitoring term commitment once you enter into an agreement at
your new home or when the new homeowner begins monitoring with us, whichever
is sooner.
THE TERM OF THE NEW CONTRACT YOU SIGN WITH YOUR NEW SECURITY SYSTEM INSTALLATION
WILL CONTROL OVER ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS HEREIN.
