Important Monitoring Information
The U.L. Monitoring Center receives emergency responses
within seconds of notification and quickly verifies the alarm for
proper response. It is important that you test your system frequently. Please call and ask for assistance in testing your equipment
or if your system fails to communicate with the monitoring center
or shows any sign to indicate failure. If you are a commercial customer,
most local fire authorities require a daily test signal. This additional
fee service is available for your home or business. Only an active
and armed system in good working order can provide security. Be sure that all members of your household
or business know how to correctly arm and disarm the system and how
to properly respond should emergencies occur. If your phone line fails,
back-up communication is necessary for alarm signals to reach
the monitoring center. Important details regarding monitoring service
are found on your Services Agreement. If you have any questions or
concerns about your security system, please contact us immediately.
