Terms and Conditions

Direct Referral Customer is defined as either 1, 2, or 3.

1. A customer who begins monitoring within ninety (90) days and continues after responding via our "Free With Five - A Very Special Offer" web page generated by a home security monitoring customer utilizing "Free Monitoring Faster".

2. A customer who personally calls 770.429.3389 or 1.888.IN.CNTRL and, at this time gives the name of the referring customer. Monitoring must begin within ninety (90) days and continue. (The person that you refer must call personally and at the time of their call they must give your name as the referring customer.)

3. A customer who begins monitoring within ninety (90) days and continues after being listed on our Direct Referral Form.

Free With Five is offered exclusively to our residential customers with basic home security monitoring (enhanced monitoring is excluded). During any billing period in which the number of Direct Referral Customers is less than five, the monitoring fee will renew. The program is offered solely at the discretion of the company and may be revised or terminated at any time. All terms and conditions of the service agreement continue to apply and the agreement is not altered or amended by this offer. Certain other terms or conditions may apply.
